There are those who call him David Ruiz and that is what the official records of Caja Segovia and LNFS show. But he likes being called ?Burrito?, like they did in the neighborhood in Malaga where he started kicking the ball, due to his resemblance to Argentinean Ariel Ortega.

The nickname is not the only thing he still has from that time: this 22-year old?s game continue to be bold, skillful, electrifying. His experiences and the teachings from coaches and team members have driven his virtues, but David maintains what made him special in the CD Girón, where he enjoyed futsal until he made it to Caja Segovia?s branch team.
