Divide the group in two teams and if more players are available make three groups to compete for 3 to 4 minutes. Switch teams around according to specific instructions, per time, goal, etc. One team goes for pressing with three players and has to achieve crossing half the pitch.

The defending team can only have to players on that side of the pitch. The third player will be waiting on the opposite side of the pitch and will provide coverage for his two team members
