This time we have created an article that focuses on bringing out power-focused drills transferred to futsal. This is not only from the point of view of improving condition, but also in regards to endurance (aerobic power, for example, to infuse the session with an significant metabolic component).

In sum, this is a session that combines all the manifestations of those physical qualities (WITH STRENGTH PLAYING A BIG ROLE) directly related with power, in both the design of each stations and their particularities and the nature of the session as a whole, with performance time and rest periods per task.

We will not waste time uselessly trying to clarify the theory behind the present article; rather, our intent is to provide an accessible and practical resource for its application.
