Specific Goalkeeper Training Alma-Ata Kairat Futsal Club.

· Objective: Training explosive strength, multihops developing the technical foundations, increasing goalkeeper muscle power.
· Content: Grip, base, pass, low and mid-level fall, defence with the feet (Espagat) strength and full-body movement speed.
· Materials used: Cone, goals and futsal balls.
· Number of goalkeepers: One goalkeeper executes the exercise with another goalkeeper. Together with the professor they do the drill.
· Zone: Perform the training inside the goal
· Number of repetitions: Four to six repetitions according to the goalkeepers?' physical fitness...
