Through this article we will try to show that the training of fundamentals is not something that should be reserved only to youth training nor does it belong to the initiation ages of any sport but rather this should have continuity in the perfectionist stage and even in the professionalism stage because it will always have a use and function: improving fundamentals, which in this care are offensive in nature.
Therefore this drill can b included in any category, each having their special treatment and methodology but part of a technical training and may even be included in a match/competition warm-up because it reproduces many technical moves that later are carried out during the match.
