Circuits, intermittent stimuli and interval training are the optimal ways to develop this important physical capacity in athletes of this type. One way to develop this aspect is through specific training with the ball, not only as a motivating factor for the performance of the exercises, but also to develop and train the technical capabilities of the athlete and the tactical concepts and components of the game. In this case, it is important that the control of the training session is well accompanied (intensity, volume and density of training), so that we can undertake the exercises with the prevalence of the physical capacity that we intend to develop.
