In this article for the beginning of 2013 we would like to present a session on prevention and recovery with little material and on the pitch, so there is no need to go to a specific place to perform other than the 20 x 40 pitch.

Functional training is a widely used term nowadays in the design and execution of routines that it is worthwhile to present to professionals, as well as the logical sequence that makes our training ?functional? as well as effective and non-injury inducing. Those are precisely its two first characteristics: optimizing our physical state and reducing the risk of injury.

These are the two main objectives for this article. The session is oriented in a circuit of consecutive stations strategically positioned. Work is performed at a specific post for one minute to then move on to the next post, resting for 30 seconds. We will now detail each post with images.
