Added to favourites: 0 timesOne of the most important aspects when working with teams, is to try to transfer to the training sessions, with the greatest similarity possible, the different situations that may occur during the course of actual matches.
Through these exercises we will work the 1x2 defences, defences for which we should take into account issues such as: SPACE or defensive height, not beyond the 12m mark, so that our goalkeeper also becomes a defender and tries to convert a numerical inferiority into equality.
DEFENSIVE MOVES: close down, define the strong and weak sides etc. ATTITUDE, a good defence requires attention, concentration, a lot of communication with our goalkeeper, intensity and above all aggressiveness.
