Every day, we are getting closer to comprehensive training. That is to say, closer to training technical and tactical qualities and physical fitness as a whole, rather than individually, as more traditional models suggest.

In line with previous articles, I will continue to expound on how to introduce children to working on physical qualities (resistance, strength, flexibility, and speed). Of course, I won't fail to include some of the more technical/tactical aspects of football. This proposal is particularly relevant for training U-10 and U-12 teams. With these age groups, it is not recommended that you work on these qualities in a specific manner, but that does not mean we should ignore them completely.

Therefore, I propose that they be worked on in a playful way while at the same time enhancing technical/tactical aspects. This article focuses on introducing physical qualities and how to work on them in a comprehensive way along with the technical movement of feinting.
