Warm-up is a set of actions and exercises performed before the big effort  that will be made later by the players during the match, and which are performed in order to activate the body and guarantee its optimal functioning. With these exercises we must achieve two main objectives: help prevente injuries and prepare the athlete physically, physiologically and mentally for the match.
