We define a warm-up as a set of activities done to prepare the body for a subsequent activity that looks to improve performance and prevent injury.  Sports training shows us that warming up is an integral part of the preparation directed toward achieving results, since it contributes to the functional selection of the physiological parameters to request to improve athletic performance capacity.  Its performance characteristics depend mainly on the type of sport, the individual and the environmental conditions.

Warm-up goals are mainly:
    -Prevent injuries,
     harmonize all the functional systems that contribute to performance
    -obtain an optimal state of motor and psycho-physical preparedness
    -improve performance

    In sports, we can distinguish different types of warm-ups that will be classified according to different points of view.
