International summer soccer camp at the The Royal Spanish Football Federation (Real Federación Española de Fútbol, RFEF)

With Spain being the currect European and World Champions it seems only right to train in the same way as the best. Its now possible to do just that. 2 week soccer camps are now held in the National Training centre in Madrid, Spain. July 1st - July 14th, 15th July - 28th July
World and European Champions at senior level, under 21's and under 19's european champions too......its an impressive haul for Spain and it highlights that they are doing something very well at youth level. The opportunity to train for a 2 week period at the Spanish National Training centre in Madrid is now available. players can train for 3 hours a day, which is more than sufficient during the hot July weather found in Spain.
A typical day at camp includes:
8.00: Wake up and breakfast
10:00: Field specific work (technical/tactical) 120 minutes
12:30: Activities
13:30: Swimming pool
14:30: Lunch, rest and activities
17:00: Soccer Tournament (morning drills applied) 90 minutes
19:00: Rest and activities
21:30: Dinner
23:30: Bed time
The players training programs include
- Technical and Tactical Player Evaluation Includes individual analysis of the game competition.
- Physical Fitness Assessment: Report results obtained from the physical tests performed by the students.
- Tournaments
- Technical and Tactical Single Attack: Shot, control and ball control.
- Technical and Tactical Single Defensive. Marking, interception, diversion and shots.
- Technical and Tactical Collective Attack. Changes in direction, support, clearing, timing, movement of ball, occupation of open spaces and game strategy.
- Technical and Tactical Collective Defensive: Defensive strategy, corners, retreats and side game.
