The following article aims to essentially explain under a generally low level of performance in which athletic techniques are learned again as a basis for any for any sport action.

In this context it should be mentioned that particularly in basic working, alongside training athletic techniques in a sport, the conditional and coordinative abilities have to be extensively developed. Only then can one completely prepare the athlete for the heavy loads of training sessions later on and for exceptional athletic performances. A general well developed aerobic endurance (general endurance), for example, has a positive effect for technical training in the sense that on one hand the athlete tires less and on the other hand he recovers soon after exertion.
