One of the most important things to aim for when working with teams is the transfer of different situations that can come up during a game to the training sessions in a way that most resembles realistic play.
The objective of the exercises is to work on real aspects of play insofar as they relate to POSITIONAL ATTACKS. The drills address basic principles of play, such as maintaining possession of the ball, advancing toward the opponent's goal, and finishing.
In order to continue transferring these aspects to play while at the same time ensuring it most resembles situations that could come up in matches, variables such as the following may be modified: pitch dimensions, number of players, the areas in which the players may finish, specific positions for certain players, etc.
