All trainings need a period of time in which the players warm up and prepare for the important work they will do during the main portion of the session.

Warm-up games are one way to get the players ready to successfully face the most important part of the training. These games have physical, technical, and, to a certain extent, tactical components, which are employed according to the weight we want to place on each of these aspects in each game.
