Flexibility is a physical asset that is often overlooked due to a lack of time or not worked on at the same level as speed, strength or endurance. The fact that most amateur teams squeeze out their hours of training prevents them from setting aside training session time to flexibility exercises. Ideally, these would be included at the end of each session, as part of it. What must never be overlooked are the benefits for venous return, muscle regeneration and other aspects through post-competition stretches, so we no longer have temporary problems. To do this, we propose a total of 20 basic stretches that we consider post-game stretches, in which the muscles involved are those with more intervention during the duration of the matches.
