The two teams play to three touches against the goals, which are occupied by the goalkeepers. 30 metres from each of the penalty areas is a no man’s land measuring 20 metres wide. This area may only be crossed without the ball; it is forbidden to dribble or pass through it. Thus, both teams are forced to get past and surround this area by playing on the flanks. Goals scored on a header received from a lateral cross count for double.
