Continuous training is an obligation today for all the managers who wish to improve. Nowadays, the preparation of the players must be based on a multi-discipline approach that takes advantage of the different sciences applied to sports. This way, the different variables that influence the players’ learning are widened.

The workshop carried out at the Youth Team Symposium in Pedrera, Seville, offered exercises and insight so that football coaches can become familiar with the different psychology issues applied to football, and so that they can include psychological work in their training sessions.
